The Garden of The Heart
Homestay, Retreat & Animal Sanctuary

Homestay & Retreat
In the heart of Thailand’s countryside, surrounded by rice paddies, sugar cane fields, and fruit trees, a vision is unfolding—Suan Jai, The Garden of the Heart.

Suan Jai is not yet a physical retreat, but a seed taking root. It is a dream of creating a simple, natural refuge for those walking the path of awakening—a space for those who may no longer feel at home in conventional society, yet hunger for deep connection and community.

This will be a place where seeking dissolves into presence, where the noise of the world fades into the stillness of nature, and where like-minded individuals can come together—not to follow another path, but to rest in the unfolding of life itself. A place where the simplicity of farm life meets the depth of direct experience.

But Suan Jai isn’t just for people—it’s also a place of refuge for those who have been cast aside by society in another way…

Animal Sanctuary
Alongside the vision of Suan Jai, we are also creating a sanctuary for abandoned and stray dogs and cats—offering them a safe, loving home on the very land that will hold the retreat.

Many animals in Thailand are left to fend for themselves—some unwanted, some mistreated, others simply forgotten. At the Suan Jai Animal Sanctuary, they will find safety, nourishment, and care in an environment where they are free to simply be, just as we are.

This sanctuary grows from the same vision that shapes Suan Jai: a space of belonging for those — human or animal — who haven’t found their place in conventional structures, offering not an escape from the world, but a reconnection with its most essential rhythms.

If this speaks to you, stay connected—the path is forming,
step by step.
